Awesome. I had Cheese Omelete and coffee. Loved the food. The staff is very friendly. Prices are low. Great value.
Nice, but staff didn't really know what they had advertised on a sign out front. All in all a very simple, local experience that you need do only once.
It was okay..
Highly recommended this place for breakfast!
The restaurant and waiter were good. Went there to eat with my friend, she didn't enjoy her food very much but I did. I would return to pick up something to eat, if I were ever in the area again.
Pleasantly surprised to find a nice and decently priced old fashioned diner in the heart of Chelsea. Had a great bowl of Chicken Soup!
Gd place Prices went up so i won't go there no More
This food was adequate. Service was okay and it was a nice atmosphere. It was very hot out of the oven and tasted bad...
Big variety of foods, tasty sandwiches and very fair prices.
Eh the food was alright, the atmosphere was fun and the service was good. Would give it a 3.7 out 5 but can't so 4 stars it gets
Excellent breakfast for great price. I had the western omelet with whole grain toasts, my daughter had the Belgian Waffle with a generous side of bacon. All served with complimentary 4-ounce orange juice and coffee. Good service! I paid $22.00, tax and 18% tip included. My waiter was a Mexican (I think) guy (salt & pepper hair) who could not be sweeter or more attentive.
Your typical old fashioned NYC diner. Never-ending menu selections. Low prices when compared to most places like it, nearby. And they deliver. Four stars for convenience, prices, selection, three+ stars for food.
Diner/coffee shop one of the best places in NYC for reasonable prices, large portions, and fast service. Been eating here once every few weeks for more than 2 decades. Never a bad experience. There WAS a terrible waitress working there 6-12 months ago. Gone.
Very good coffee and hot chocolate and there’s this girl tht break dances
Excellent burger. No frills just a classic, well cooked burger.
Average food. However my wife couldn't finish hers so she had it wrapped up. I then noticed on the check I was charged 50 cents for the container. I told the waiter and he took it back, threw it out and took it off the check. We eat out 6 dinners a week and 6 lunches a week. I have never had anything like this. What did the place gain besides losing a customer. I will never go back.
Very friendly people and it doesn't feel like a restraunt and it feels like a kitchen in your house and the food is amazing and the people that work there are very helpful and nice.
Great food great service
I have been coming to this diner with my son for years. The staff is friendly. The food is good and the prices are way better than any of the other Upper East Side diners. Love the fresh flowers on the table, and sometimes the owner serves vegetables from his garden. All good. :)
My favorite neighborhood diner always a great burger!
I come here frequently for breakfast and for cobb salad lunches. Yum
Quick turnaround on food. Sweet potato fries and clam chowder soup were delicious. Waiter served all tables without missing a beat.
The food was okay but the service was terrible. I went mid-day on Monday and they got my order wrong. When I pointed out there was no attempt to fix it. The waitress didn't return to my table to refill my coffee or my water. I had to grab ketchup from another table. The final straw was when I finally got my waitress's attention and asked for another jelly she took the jelly from the table she was busing and gave it to me. Covered in Ketchup.
Great food and accommodating and friendly staff
Good coffee and decent omlettes. My husband likes their belgian waffles. Good diner food and not crazy expensive
Workers do not wash hands and not clean. Sneezing and then want to touch food. Beware
Nice staff and average/good food. Cheap and good.Perfect for a quick breakfast/meal.
They actually made my berger the way I wanted it to my perfection!!
Food is always good, the prices are good and the staff are great. Been going there for years and will continue to do so !!
Terrible Terrible service.I sat at the counter for over ten minutes...counter personnel walked back and forth(the male was constantly singing and humming, the other a large women in black seemed oblivious. Finally, I asked a lady who was waiting on the tables to take my order. She did. She puzzled that I hadn’t been waited on.
Great place. Would go with my coworker. Lovely staff. They would remember my order and beverage whenever i would come in. Nice setting. Good location.
When I entered the place the younger woman was pleasant. Then the service went downhill. The older woman asked me what I wanted without giving me the menu. When she brought the menu to the table she threw it down on the opposite side of the tableShe gave no eye contact it was very abrupt. The very disconcerting and unsanitary situation occurred when this very same woman sneezed twice without covering and coughing behind the counter.I did not leave a tip poor very poor service. When I returned to the hotel where I am staying I reported the entire situation to the staff member. This restaurant is not on their list of restaurants to go to when in their hotel
Food is good but the always get the order mixed up....
Do you want a lamb chop, moist brisket or BBQ short ribs each for under $15 in northern-most section of the upper east side? Well look no further! This place is like a Denny’s or iHop on steroids. The menu is about 8 pages long and they serve everything from Mexican to Italian. The place comfortable and cozy, and the waiters know their customers by name. It’s been around for longer than most of its attendees and it’s not stopping anytime soon. Great spot! Great ambiance! Not a 5-star restaurant, but definitely worth coming to.
There was a short waitress (not the taller one) whom was rude and after asking her 3 times for a plate for my baby she never brought it over. She gave us no menus and was just very dry and unfriendly . Almost aggressively so. Food was nothing to remember either.
Great local old school diner. No frills but hits the spot.
Better than Midnight Express.
Reasonable Prices, clean and good portions in a neighborhood secret.
One of the waitresses ate one of my fries from my plate in front of me and then charged me more than the usual price and didn’t even excuse herself. A different time, one of the waiters went through my friends belongings when she was in the bathroom and thought it was funny. That same waiter grabbed my friend’s arm against her will which was very inappropriate behavior for a waiter. Their food is always very greasy and does not taste very good. U do not recommend this diner.
Delicious french toast,sausage and omelets!
Inexpensive breakfast at Upper East Side!
Nice little diner, close to where I was staying.
Not great food, but fun to look out all the windows at passerby
I don't know guys. the ambiance was great with great window seating but the waitress was just not very attentive. We sat down without menus, one waitress came and asked if we were ready. No? Then she was serving us while she was on the phone. She just didn't gave a f.
Terrible service, I asked if they had hash browns and the lady said yes. So I placed my order, I got home fries, under cook eggs and not really crispy bacon. I told her that I ordered hash... she says we don’t have that :-/One thing is not cooking things as requested, I can deal with that. Another is giving me whatever you feel like and not what I Want to eat.
I’ve been ordering food from Three Decker for years and I’ve always been satisfied. The woman who answered the phone did the kindest thing for me. I told her with my order I didn’t need anything but ketchup as I ran out of ketchup in my house. I told her my back was out & I had no energy to order from the supermarket as I was in a lot of pain.I ordered fish cakes with spaghetti, chicken & rice soup, a vanilla shake, french fries and strawberry shortcake. Everything came extremely fresh. For some reason most coffee shops don’t have strawberry shortcake anymore and I love their’s.I opened my delivery bag and got the surprise of my life – LOTS of ketchup. It was such a nice thing to do I called her up to thank her. They have a customer for life!
Love this place quality food great price.
This is the only diner worth going to on the Upper East Side. Good service. Standard diner fare, plus a ton of specials, plus some Greek favorites, and always the same quality food from one visit to the next. No surprises is a big plus!
Great value for breakfast. I’m a regular here and like most of their offerings.
Good food, classic Greek diner on the upper east side.
